Educational ProgramsProjects & Activities
ICEF currently has projects in the following countries: Thailand, Philippines, Nepal, India, Taiwan and the United States of America. The organization not only provides funding for these projects but volunteers/manpower as well. ICEF also gives scholarship grants to students who are unable to afford education in the underdeveloped and developed countries. As part of the education program, ICEF will be sending urban high school students in the United States to these countries to develop awareness, build character, form friendships, and at the same time conduct service projects that will help these countries.
Educational Programs
ICEF provides Character Education and Leadership Training workshops to empower the youth. These include hands-on service projects and environmental preservation awareness programs. Also ICEF is co-funding Character-based Education textbooks to be used in schools in the Philippines.
Scholarship Programs
ICEF, in cooperation with Youth Volunteer Association for Himalayan Children Nepal, provided scholarship to 40 students.
Environmental Projects
ICEF, in cooperation with Professor Prasarn, is working to re-grow corals in the Thai ocean. In January of this year, ICEF has signed a MOU to protect corals and other endangered species at the Koh Wai Pakarang Resort.
Humanitarian Programs
ICEF conducts projects that help the less fortunate while promoting character development and a sense of social responsibility to its volunteers. ICEF has also donated to North Korea for their relief program, helping victims of natural disaster.
