The Co-founders – Dr. Christopher B.H. Kim and Dr. Julia Kim

Dr. Christopher and Dr. Julia Kim, the co-founders of the International Cultural and Educational Foundation (ICEF) were born in South Korea and came to the U.S. in 1992.
